Paris 2 - another evening meal at le Square Trousseau

There is a beautiful restaurant just off a small square not far from the market.  After a meet up in Le Charolais, we strolled along the Rue Theophile Roussel to the Le Square Trousseau where Rover 1 had reserved a table.  Rover 1A was feeling slightly unwell so did not join us for our evening meal.
The restaurant was typically Parisian and, when this rowdy, English rabble arrived, they did not have a table available.
Rover 1 was not being put off, showed a bit of French language muscle, and we were quickly given a table outside.
A long table, paper place mats, opposite a great building (which we were informed was a 'social housing' block!!).  We sat at the far end, shame really as the staff had further to walk - not that it spoilt the service, they were very good.
This being a 'proper' restaurant we had a Menu to choose from and there was a lot of choice!!

No-one wanted starters so onto the main meal we went.
PJ and I had Escalope de Veau  a la Crème et aux Champignons - veal in mushroom sauce.  Mine was accompanied by rice and PJ had Frites - of course!!

There was a lot of Chocolate floating around for desert, this restaurant is well known for its Chocolate Mousse, but PJ had Profiteroles - yes!!

One Profiterole!
In Chocolate sauce.

I had fresh fruit, with cream - of course!

Some of the group had coffee to finish with - I was full so I just watched .....

.... and the wine flowed, it was quite dark when we left for the Hotel but, as the streets are quite straight in Paris, it didn't take too long.
