A friend came round to fit our fire.
We have already been to the local DIY shop and sorted some paint colours and wall paper samples to 'match' the fire. I have more or less decided to paper the wall using this honey coloured paper. The other ones that I brought home did not do anything for the room as it is north facing - needs a warm colour - so they have gone to the craftroom.
This paper looks as though it has been embroidered with gold thread and reflects the light at different angles.Still thinking you understand ...... dark grey / black carpet ......... plain light honey coloured paint on the other three walls .........
